Hospital Website
Project type
A clinic that existed, to anyone searching, only as a phone number
Healthcare website for a gynecology & obstetrics clinic featuring doctor credentials, service listings, patient testimonials, video reels, and Google Maps — designed to build trust for women's healthcare in Raebareli.
- The Challenge
Where they started
The clinic had no online presence — patients couldn't find doctor credentials, services, or contact information without calling directly.
- Our Solution
What we did about it
Designed a trust-first clinic website with doctor profile, 8 service pages, patient video testimonials, photo gallery, and structured data for local SEO.
A clinic website is not a brochure. It is what someone reads at 11pm, deciding whether to trust you with a pregnancy.
Built for the moment somebody is deciding to call
Every element on the page is there to answer one of the questions a patient asks before she picks up the phone: who will actually see me, have they handled a case like mine, and how quickly can I be seen.
A callback form above the fold
“Book a visit — get a callback within 10 minutes” sits inside the hero rather than behind a Contact link. The first thing a worried patient sees is a way to be called back, not a menu.
The doctor, named and credentialed
Dr. Shilpi Singh, MBBS, MS (Obs & Gynae), with a photograph and consultation-room images. Patients choose a person, not a facility, and a clinic that hides its doctor reads as one that has something to hide.
A page per stage of care
Pregnancy and maternity, high-risk pregnancy, normal delivery, PCOS and PCOD, infertility treatment, laparoscopic surgery — each with its own page, so a search for the specific condition lands on the specific answer.
The questions people are embarrassed to ask
An FAQ covering high-risk pregnancy, PCOS, fertility consultations and painless delivery — marked up as FAQPage so the answers can surface in search before the visit happens.
Proof from other patients
Patient testimonials carrying the clinic’s Google rating, and a photo tour of the wards and consultation rooms. Reassurance that comes from someone other than the clinic itself.
Findable, and reachable in one tap
LocalBusiness and Physician structured data, a Maps embed with directions, and a bar carrying phone, WhatsApp and operating hours that never scrolls away.
Most of these visits start on a phone
A patient looking for a gynaecologist in Raebareli is on a phone, often late, often anxious. The phone layout is the real design; the desktop one is the courtesy.
