Each project is governed by a separate proposal or service agreement that outlines the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms of Service apply generally to all engagements and website usage.

When working with VELLUMARC, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner
• Give timely feedback during review and revision phases
• Ensure that all information and materials you provide are accurate and do not infringe on any third-party rights
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared project credentials or access details

Delays in providing materials or feedback may impact project timelines and deliverables.

Upon full and final payment, the client receives ownership of all final deliverables as defined in the project agreement. This includes the completed design files, code, and assets created specifically for the project.

VELLUMARC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, or licensed software) remain subject to their respective licenses and are not transferred.

Payment terms are defined in each individual project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure
• An upfront deposit is required before work begins
• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment
• Late payments may result in project suspension until the balance is cleared

All project timelines provided by VELLUMARC are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines. Timelines may be affected by:

• Delays in client feedback or content delivery
• Scope changes or additional feature requests
• Third-party dependencies (APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways)
• Unforeseen technical complexity

We communicate proactively about any changes to the expected timeline and work with clients to find solutions.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Revisions within scope are included at no additional cost.

Requests that fall outside the original scope — including new features, additional pages, or changes to agreed-upon functionality — are considered scope changes and will be quoted and billed separately with your approval.

VELLUMARCprovides its services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of your website or application after delivery, as hosting and infrastructure are typically managed by third-party providers

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination
• Any upfront deposits or milestone payments already made are non-refundable for work already performed
• Completed deliverables will be handed over upon settlement of outstanding payments
• VELLUMARC will make reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth transition

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent. We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time without notice.
