What is included in your digital marketing services?+
We focus on four core areas. SEO: technical audits, on-page optimization, schema, content strategy, link earning, and local SEO. Paid media: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads — campaign setup, creative testing, and budget management. Content: SEO blog posts, landing pages, lead magnets, email nurture sequences, and short-form social. Analytics: GA4, Search Console, server-side tracking via GTM, custom dashboards in Looker Studio. We don't try to be everywhere — we pick 1–2 channels per quarter that match your goals and spend deeply, rather than spreading thin. Reporting is monthly, with strategy calls every 2–4 weeks depending on retainer level.
How long until I see SEO results?+
Realistic timelines: technical SEO improvements (Core Web Vitals, schema, indexability) show in Search Console within 2–4 weeks. New content typically ranks in 30–90 days for low-competition keywords, 90–180 days for medium competition, and 6–12 months for high-competition commercial keywords. Authority building (backlinks, brand mentions, content republishing) compounds over 6–12 months. We expect measurable lift in non-branded organic traffic by month 3 and meaningful lead volume by month 6. Local SEO is faster — Raebareli or Lucknow keywords often rank in top-5 within 60 days because competition is thinner. We never promise specific rankings; we promise process, transparency, and steady measurable improvement.
Do you run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns?+
Yes — both as standalone services and as part of integrated retainers. Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display, with conversion tracking (offline conversions for B2B, GA4 events, server-side via GTM), audience exclusions, and bid strategy testing. Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram across awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns, with creative-led testing (we treat ad creative as the biggest lever). Typical management fee: 12–18% of ad spend, minimum ₹40k/month, or fixed fee for smaller budgets. We require a minimum 90-day commitment because algorithms need data to optimize. Reporting includes spend, CPL, CAC by channel, and a creative-fatigue dashboard so you know when to refresh ads.
What reporting and analytics do you provide?+
Every retainer includes a Looker Studio dashboard with daily-refreshed metrics: traffic by channel, top landing pages, conversion events, lead-to-customer pipeline (when CRM is connected), and channel-level CAC. Monthly reports cover what we did, what worked, what didn't, and what's next — written in plain English, not jargon. We set up GA4 with proper event mapping (form submits, calls, demo requests), Search Console for SEO visibility, Microsoft Clarity for behavioral analysis, and server-side GTM where iOS 14+ or ad-blockers cripple client-side tracking. For B2B clients we connect HubSpot or Salesforce via offline conversion imports so Google Ads optimizes against actual revenue, not just form fills. Dashboards are yours to keep.
How much does digital marketing cost monthly?+
Retainers start at ₹40k/month for early-stage businesses (1 channel, light content, basic reporting). Mid-tier retainers (₹80k–₹2L/month) cover 2–3 channels with deeper content and weekly optimization. Enterprise retainers (₹2L–₹6L+/month) include dedicated strategists, regular content production, paid media management with significant budgets, and integrated reporting. Ad spend is separate from management fees — we manage it but you pay platforms directly. International clients quote in USD, typically $1k–$8k/month for management. We also offer project-based work — SEO audits, one-off content sprints, ad account rebuilds — for teams who want a clear outcome rather than ongoing retainer.
Do you work with B2B SaaS or only D2C/local brands?+
Both, with separate playbooks. B2B SaaS: SEO-led demand generation (programmatic SEO, comparison content, integration pages), LinkedIn Ads (especially for $5k+ ACV), HubSpot/Salesforce-integrated reporting, and lead scoring. We've worked with Indian and US SaaS companies on demand-gen retainers. D2C: Meta Ads + creative testing as the core engine, Klaviyo email/SMS, Google Shopping and Performance Max, Shopify-native CRO, and ROAS-led reporting via Triple Whale or Northbeam. Local services: GBP optimization, local SEO with city/area landing pages, hyperlocal Google Ads, and reputation management. We don't run all three at once — we pick the playbook that matches your business model.
Do you offer SEO content writing alongside campaigns?+
Yes — content is a meaningful part of most retainers. We don't outsource to bargain-bin freelancers; content is written by people who understand the topic and the customer. Typical mix: in-depth SEO guides (1500–3000 words, ₹15k–₹35k each), landing pages (₹20k–₹60k each), email sequences (₹25k–₹75k for 5–7 emails), and short-form social (project-based or ongoing). All content is briefed against keyword research, search intent, and your sales narrative — not generic AI content. We can also handle subject-matter interviews with your team to extract real expertise into content. Cadence options: 2 long-form pieces/month, 4 medium-length pieces/month, or content sprints for product launches.
Can you take over an existing campaign or do you only do greenfield?+
We take over existing campaigns regularly — about half of our paid-media work starts from someone else's account. The takeover process: account audit (settings, conversion tracking, audience structure, creative, search terms, negative keywords), historical performance review, and a 2-week stabilization period where we don't make major changes while we learn the data. After stabilization we restructure, prune, and rebuild what's underperforming. SEO takeovers follow a similar pattern — content audit, technical audit, ranking baseline, then a roadmap. We don't accept takeovers we can't materially improve, so we audit before quoting. If we don't think we can improve the account by at least 20% in 90 days, we say so.
